1. We provide vehicle as per your requirement with professional driver.
2. We provide vehicle with full tank of fuel (Petrol or Diesel) during your travel destination.
3. All parking charges, traffic fee, road taxes, minor maintenance etc incurred during the period of vehicle used are included in cost of rental.
4. The amount of vehicle rent for your destination must be pay full amount (total amount) before delivery of the vehicle or at the time of arrival. Payment must be in cash. Either local currency (Nepali Rupees) or in dollars/Euros.
We do not accept Master Card/ Visa Card/ IC Rs.
5. Extension of rental must be arranged in advance of the termination date /time and required additional rental must pay on the sport or at the end.
6. We take all responsibility for all kinds of loss and damages of vehicle. But all loss and damage, parking charges, traffic fee, road taxes, etc.. must be responsibilities of vehicle user, when vehicle use with out driver.
7. The mentioned rates are non air condition base, so incase of use of AC, there will be an extra charge of 25%, in given rate.
8. If the use of vehicle is differ than specified duty hour or destination, then extra hours or charge will be count as over time.
9. If the vehicle is used for the beyond the above condition i.e out of Kathmandu valley then an extra charge shall be applied as destination based rate.
10. If your travel cancelled due to weather, local conditions, strikes, insurgency, politics, or various other reasons, no refund shall be considered in event of such a change
11. If vehicle users cancelled 12 hours in advance (either by mail/fax or telephone), cancellation charge will be 10%.
12. Personal accident insurance is not included; this is probably covered in your holiday insurance.
